NAME

yacts-trj - yacts trajectory file utility.

SYNOPSIS

yacts-trj [-h]
yacts-trj [-t] <trajectory_file.trj>

DESCRIPTION

This program serves to perform some utility operations on yacts trajectory files: truncation, interpolation, etc. Currently only truncation is implemented.

Generally, application of this utility to trajectory files produces irreversible changes and should be done with care. The only guarantee is that the resulting modified file is as good for continuing the computation as the original one.

OPTIONS

-h
The option -h displays this help.
-t
Truncate the specified trajectory. Drops all frames in trajectory, except for the last one.
