Nanostructural functional materials with enhanced complex of properties

The unique technologies of copper and copper based composites (Cu-Cu, Cu-Fe, Cu-NbTi) processing allowing to 2-10 times improve their strengths, coercitivity (Cu-Fe) and critical current density (Cu-NbTi) with high plasticity and electroconductivity holding unchanged were developed in Donetsk institute of physics and technology named after A.A. Galkin of National Academy of Science of Ukraine. Institute proposes collaboration is sense of application named materials and technologies on your industry.

12.10.2011 Polymers modified by equal-channel multiple-angular extrusion

A unique technology of solid-phase processing of polymers and polymer composites has been developed at Donetsk Institute for Physics and Engineering named after A.A. Galkin NAS of Ukraine. The technology raises 2-5-fold their rigidity, strength and hardness with conserved plasticity and low anisotropy of the properties. The articles made of such materials possess enhanced operating characteristics, their reliability and service life rises, the work under higher loading becomes possible. The institute offers cooperation on the use of the mentioned materials at your enterprise.

20.04.2009 Uroflowmeter MK6

The МК6 Urofloumeter records and charts a patient’s pattern of urinary volume and flow. The МК6 system helps physicians in real time assess the mechanics of flow and diagnose abnormalities in voiding patterns (obstructed or restricted flow). The values are displayed, as well as charted, by the computer. The МК6 Uroflowmeter features a high-performance microprocessor and the digital scale (used as the flow sensor) designed to streamline diagnostic uroflow  recording.

USB мультиметр BG11 специализированный для научных исследований. Аналоговый дифференциальный вход. Два дискретных входа. Измерение напряжения, тока, частоты, счет импульсов. Подключение датчиков: тензомост, датчик давления, термопара, дифференциальная термопара, оптический датчик перемещения BS718 (0,001 мм), дифрактометр Дрон, дериватограф Q1500 и другое оборудованием для научных исследований. 05.02.2008 Устройство для контроля пространственных и временных изменений магнитного поля

Устройство представляет собой восьмиканальный контроллер персонального компьютера (ПК), обеспечивающий постоянный мониторинг изменений распределения магнитного поля (МП) в ограниченном пространстве с характерным масштабом времени t>=0,2 секунды. Основу датчиков МП составляют эпитаксиальные пленки на основе железоиттриевых гранатов. Чувствительность датчиков характеризуется минимальной вариацией величины магнитной индукции 10-7 T. При перемещении в контролируемой области источника слабого МП, его положение визуализируется на мониторе ПК. Устройство не чувствительно к перемещению электропроводящих немагнитных объектов. Устройство может применяться для исследований в области физики твердого тела в экстремальных условиях, для экологического контроля, а также для расширения функциональных возможностей стандартных металлоискателей при таможенном контроле багажа.

12.09.2007 Complete set of сryogenic equipment for research of optical properties of materials

The set is designed for researches and certification of characteristics of optical materials and devices in the 3.0-300K temperature range in the visible and infra-red spectral regions. The reliable comparative analysis of the characteristics is due to perfect and high vacuum created by a built-in carbon cryosorption pump which prevents formation of deposites on surfaces of ports, samples and mirrors.

04.07.2007 Helium cryostat

The helium cryostat is applicated for optical and mossbauer investigations in the temperature range 4,2 – 300 K. Sample cooling is realized by means of heat exchange between working cell and cryogenic reservoir. Temperature regulation and control are made by using the chain consisting of a heater and a temperature sensor. Horizontal windows are setted in the bottom of the cryostat. For mossbauer measurements, the cryostat can be provided with mylar windows. For optical measurements, windows are made from a transparent to necessary wavelength material.

Sample cooling is realized by means of heat exchange between working cell and cryogenic reservoir. 20.06.2007 Automational High Pressure Mounting (AHPM) for Complex Research of the Food-Stuffs, Biological and Physical Objects

AHPM is intended for laboratory research of the high hydrostatic pressure and temperature influence on the physical and optical parameters of solids, liquids and viscous plastic materials used in medicine, biology, chemistry, physics, food industry ets.

04.05.2007 High pressure cell (HPC) for resistive measurements mounted on the platform with a spesial puck for conjugation whith QD PPMS

Нigh pressure cell is applicated for resistive measurements on the PPMS maked by “Quantum Design”. HPC is installed in measuring cell by means of rod, which is turned up then. Others HPC modifications having analogous construction (various correlation between external diameter and canal diameter) for pressure from 10 to 20 kbar may be made:

  • without platform with special puck for resistive measurements on the others types devices;
  • with special coaxial input for NMR investigations;
  • with resonator for EPR investigations.
04.05.2007 High pressure cell (HPC) for magnetic measurements

The row of high pressure cell modifications are produced in Dоnetsk Institute for Physics and Engineering:

  • HPC for AC measurements on SQUID-magnetometer;
  • HPC for DC measurements on SQUID-magnetometer;
  • HPC for measurements on vibration magnetometer;
  • HPC for DC measurements on PPMS.
05.12.2006 OMRON MIT – an arterial pressure and pulse frequency meter with a built-in monitoring map MIT- monitor (AP-monitor)

OMRON MIT is a compact, fully automated apparatus to measure the arterial pressure at the shoulder artery. The apparatus is connected with the cuff either directly or with a help of a vacuum tube. OMRON MIT quickly and accurately measures pressure and pulse and converts the information into a digital reading on a liquid-crystalline indicator. The apparatus is applied with the function of an artificial intelligence, and measures pressure when air is pumped into the cuff. OMRON MIT can save the latest measure in memory.
